Terms And Conditions

Age Requirements: No children under 12 years of age are allowed. There are fumes and heavy equipment that may be hazardous to children. Please be mindful that our seating is limited, so we ask that you do not bring extra guests to your appointment unless they are being serviced as well.  We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or items left in the salon. Men are not allowed unless they are being serviced. No pets allowed.


Forms of Payments: We accept all major credit cards, debit bank cards, and cash. We do not accept checks.


Deposits: There is a $30 deposit required for all new clients requesting services less than $100. Any service over $100 requires a 50% deposit. There's also a 50% deposit required for SEW-INS, extensive color services, and any service that require a great deal of time. All deposits go towards the service(s) that will be rendered the day of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.


Cancellation & Late Policy: We understand that emergencies come up and are sensitive to our clients' needs; however, if you must cancel or change your appointment, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance or you will be charged 50% of your service cost. For all 2 hour or more services, including extensions and color services, we ask that you notify us within 48 hours. If you are more than 15 minutes late, please give us a call, or you may lose your appointment, you will be charged a $15 late fee, and might be required to reschedule. Rescheduled appointments due to extreme tardiness are considered to be a late cancellation.


Please note: Should you arrive late, your appointment may be pushed back for the convenience of others.


Payments: Payments will be collected at the completion of service. In the event your credit card is declined, we require that your Driver’s license be copied or held, while you go to retrieve an alternate form of payment. If you must leave before your hair is completed, you must pay for the entire cost of your hair service. Additionally, payments can be made via our on-line APP. Only 1 promotional offer can be used at each visit.


Consultations: It is recommended that you schedule a 15 minute in person consultation, for all extensions and color services.


Considerations: Clients please respect your stylist/technician's prices, labor and time. Discounts are only given during promotions, specials and birthdays. There will be no tabs, credit or refunds.


Refunds/Do Over’s: It is our greatest joy to please our clients with a great service. However, we do realize that adjustments must be made sometimes. There will be no refunds on services and products. Unused or defected extensions, and styling products may be exchanged. Any service issues must be addressed at the time of service for correction. There are no refunds, but we will accommodate you with a redo service. You must notify us within 3 days of your service and come in within seven days of the service to receive a redo.

All services and prices are subject to change without notice. Please speak with your stylist/technician about prices.
